Children removed from home during meth arrest

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

A 5-month-old baby, and a 3 year old were taken from home where Evansville police say meth was being made.

It happened Tuesday night in the 1000 block of North 4th Avenue in Evansville.

21-year-old Morgan Foster, Ashley Merrick, and 23-year-old Daniel Joy-Norton were arrested, and charged with dealing meth.

Joy-Norton and Merrick are also charged with neglect of a dependent.

The police report also says the children's mother Ashley Merrick was arrested, but she is not listed at the jail.
