LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A bag of marijuana fell out of a woman's wig as she was being booked into Louisville Metro Corrections on Friday, according to her police report.
Andrea M. Moore, 20, of Louisville was arrested Friday morning at Cane Run Road and New Lynnview Road and charged with having expired tags and no insurance.
Police said as she was entering the jail, Moore was asked if she had any drugs in her possession. She replied that she did not. While being searched, police said Moore was asked to remove her wig and that when she did, a small baggie of marijuana fell out of the wig. Moore told police she forgot it was there.
Moore now faces additional charges of marijuana possession and promoting contraband.
