EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

Evansville police have three suspects in custody after an incident between an employer and one of his former workers.

According to police, Larry Dunn, the owner of A-1 pallet in Evansville, fired Adam Loucks a few days ago.

Officers say Thursday morning Dunn believe Loucks might show to start trouble, so he brought multiple weapons to work.

Bystanders then became suspicious and called police.

Later police say Loucks, along with his father Ronald Loucks and his friend Zachary Nichols did show up at A-1 pallet to confront Dunn.

Police say they believe the suspects behaved aggressively, and they left when officers arrived.

Police say Loucks, his father, and Nichols were picked up near 10th and Columbia, and taken the Vanderburgh County jail.

All three men are charged with intimidation threat. Adam Loucks faces and additional charge of disorderly conduct.
