Victoria National Golf Club- Hole #14

WARRICK CO., IN (WFIE) -

The top golfers on the Nationwide Tour will face a course that will challenge every facet of their game.

Hole #14 is one of the most difficult holes on the course. At a distance of 471 yards, 14 is a par four with a narrow fairway, surrounded by trees.

"It does favor a little bit of a right to left play. But these guys will all probably have anywhere from 180 to 220 into this hole, even after the tee ball. So it requires two really good golf shots," said club pro, David Hoffman.

Hoffman says the biggest challenge hole #14 poses is the large crater next to the green.

"Everything is carried to this green. It's got a huge crater in front of it, very narrow back left portions. So when the pin is there, it requires a very good iron shot," Hoffman said.

Hoffman says the initial hazard should be a non-factor for the pros in this tournament, but the set up of the hole alone will be enough to challenge anyone.

"Very difficult par four all the way around. It's got everything. It's got trees, narrow tee ball, and a difficult green's complex," Hoffman said.
