Tri-state counties are falling like dominos.
The drought conditions, along with at least a week of hot temperatures and no rain in sight are forcing more and more to add burn bans.
The latest two, Webster County and Union County.
The County judges have issued the county wide burn bans.
Webster County says their burn ban will include the use of fireworks unless directly supervised by a fire department. They say any violation of their ban will be subject to penalties including a fine and being cited by the Webster County Sheriff.
Union county officials simply say no uncontained burning will be allowed.
