EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

Two people were taken to the hospital after an apparent drunk driving accident in Evansville.

It happened just before 9, Thursday night, in the 2200 block of east Morgan Avenue. Traffic was diverted into nearby parking lots while officials reconstructed the scene.

Police arrested 19-year-old Hannah Woosley and charged her with DUI causing injury. Police say her blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit .245.

According to the police report, the victim in the accident had many broken bones. The victims name has not been released.
