WARRICK CO., IN (WFIE) -

Charges against a Tri-State business man have been dropped in Warrick County.

Philip Koch, president of Ho-Ho-Holdings LLC based in Santa Claus, was accused of attacking a woman he lives with at their home back in November.

The Warrick County Sheriff says Koch didn't cooperate with deputies who arrived on scene.

A judge granted a motion Thursday to dismiss the charges. Court officials say it's by request of the victim.

Charges are still pending against Koch in Perry County.

While out on bail, a few weeks after his arrest in Warrick County, he was arrested again.

Authorities say Koch was under the influence of meth and other drugs when he rear-ended a car stopped at a stop light on Highway 66 in Cannelton.

A pre-trial date for those charges is set for June 18th.
