HENDERSON, KY (WFIE) -

A Henderson woman is in the hospital after her truck flipped.

It happened around noon Friday at Highway 425 and Old Corydon Road.

Henderson authorities say she was driving a Toyota Tundra down Highway 425 in the south part of Henderson.

As the driver approached the intersection of 425 and Old Corydon Road another vehicle apparently almost hit the truck.

The driver of the truck lost control, left the highway, went down embankment of grass, hit a fence line and flipped over into the backyard of some apartments.

She was trapped inside, but Henderson emergency crews were able to free the driver, who was then taken to Methodist Hospital. No word on the extent of her injuries.

No one else was hurt.
