OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) -

In Owensboro, developers Larry and Rosemary Conder are starting another downtown project.

The couple is building a four story condo at the corner of Second Street and Saint Ann.

There will be living space on the top three floors, and retail on the bottom floor.

The Conders say the project will include an over-hang over the sidewalk.

"This is a great location and we, my husband and I, actually intend to live on the top floor so we want to be downtown residents as well. We are real excited and feel like this is a great place to be," said Rosemary.

Work will start by July 1st.  The Conders say it will take about a year to finish the project.
