Police arrest an Evansville man on charge of sexual misconduct.
Police say 49-year-old Terry Lee Suggs is charged with criminal confinement and sexual misconduct with a minor. He was arrested at his home in the 1600 block of Dalehaven Drive.
Police say Suggs admitted he knew the victim was only 14.
Suggs is being held in the Vanderburgh County Jail without bond.
