Oakland City University is launching a new online degree program.
They've been offering classes for the last couple of years, but this summer semester will be the first time students can earn a full degree.
The degrees are an associates in religious studies, a bachelor's in business, and a master in business administration. Vice president Dr. Bob Yeager says these programs had the most student interest. They're hoping to add more in the future.
"It allows a student to have flexibility, and that's what education is all about. We want to make sure that everyone who wants an education has an opportunity to have those educational degrees at their fingertips, and online learning is a way to do that," said Yeager.
Yeager says some of the programs are geared towards students that can't easily make it to campus to attend class.
