EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

Evansville Police arrested 24-year-old Cedric Watt, of Henderson, on Manufacturing Meth and Possession of a Legend Drug charges after a traffic stop early this morning.

Watt was pulled over for failing to signal a turn.

During the stop, officers discovered that Watt did not have a valid driver's license.

The car had a temporary tag and police say Watt could not provide any purchase information for the car.

Watt was issued a ticket for Driving While License Suspended and was allowed to leave.

During an inventory of the car prior to it being towed, officers say they found two "one pot" meth labs and other items used to make meth.

Officers were able to locate Watt nearby and he was taken into custody.

When officers searched Watt after his arrest, they found 20 "Buspar" pills. The pills are used to treat anxiety. Watt did not have a prescription for the pills.

Members of the Joint Narcotics Task Force were called to scene to dispose of the meth labs.
