Nearly 500 Chandler water customers had their utility shut off last month after being late on their bills, and on Monday, they have the chance to speak out.
Many residents were fired up about the new policy that says those who don't pay their water bill in full by the 24th of each month could risk their water being shut off by the 25th.
Chandler Utilities is under the town council's jurisdiction and on Monday, the town council plans to hear complaints from residents at their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Center.
