One dead, two injured after fire in Washington, IN.

At least one person is dead after a fire Wednesday afternoon in Washington, Indiana.

Washington Police Department say April Mandabach, 38, was not able to get out of the house before it was engulfed in flames.

The fire broke out in a house on 7th street.

Two others, Steve Potts, 40, and Lacy Wadsworth, 18, were also in the house when it caught fire.  They got out to safety by jumping out of the second floor window.  

They were both taken to the Daviess Community Hospital for treatment of burns.  Wadsworth was then transferred to Wishard Hospital and Potts was transferred to Vanderbilt Hospital. 

The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
