Three people accused of killing an Evansville man have been formally charged with murder.
Seventeen-year-old James "Levi" Mayhugh, 31-year-old Hubert "JR" Mayhugh and 21-year-old Megan Mecum are accused of stabbing Keith Vaughn and leaving him for dead.
Evansville Police found Vaughn's body in his Kathleen Avenue home on Sunday. Vaughn was 42.
Levi and JR are charged with murder, armed robbery, burglary and theft. Both men were scheduled to be in court Wednesday afternoon.
Mecum, Vaughn's wife, is also charged with murder, armed robbery, burglary and theft. Mecum appeared in Vanderburgh County Superior Court Wednesday morning. Her next court date if April 16.
