An Evansville woman has been arrested after police say she stole from Toys 'R' Us while her six year old was with her.
Police say an employee saw Cicley Cobb hide an item, and then try to leave the store Monday afternoon. Police say a manager followed her and saw her run into heavy traffic with her little boy, into Eastland Mall. That's where police arrested her.
Cobb is charged with theft and neglect of a dependent. She was arrested in April of 2011 on a child neglect charge after police say the little boy wandered into the neighborhood Wal-Mart alone.
