Holiday World officials tell 14 News the Kentucky State Fair Board is expected to vote Thursday on a lease deal with Bluegrass Boardwalk, Incorporated.

Bluegrass Boardwalk, Inc. is the company formed by members of the Koch family who own and operate Holiday World.

The company has been in talks to take over the former Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville.
