A developing story out of Evansville's west side this afternoon after EPD received a call of a body found inside of a car in the parking lot of Sterling Federal Credit Union. An Indiana State bill could help with bullying, even off school grounds. House Bill 1169, or "Restoring School Discipline Act," would give administrators the power to expel or suspend students for behaviors that are "disruptive" but not unlawful, such as verbal or cyber bullying. A Powerball player in Evansville has a winning $1 million ticket from last night's drawing. According to a release, the winning ticket came from the Green River MotoMart on North Green River Road. No one won the estimated $50 million jackpot, but the Evansville ticket was one of 14,448 tickets that were winners last night. The winning numbers were 11-12-32-52-56, with the Powerball being 11.
