Three people were hurt in an Sunday afternoon accident in Vanderburgh County.
The Sheriff's Office says George Dieg,86, crossed over from Detroy Road onto Diamond Avenue and collided with an SUV.
Both Dieg and the driver of the SUV, Adam Sinnet,27, had to be cut from their vehicles.
A passenger in Sinnet's vehicle was also hurt. All were taken to the hospital.
The accident is under investigation, but deputies do not believe alcohol or drugs were a factor.
