Players aren't the only ones working hard to make Super Bowl special

Record crowds are streaming into Indianapolis for Super Bowl 46 hoopla. Celebrities also make up part of the crowd.

There are a lot of celebrities roaming around Indianapolis, but one of the most recognizable faces in the world is going to play a huge role in this Sunday's Super Bowl.

Madonna held a news conference Thursday in advance of her halftime show, drawing media members from all over the United States and World.

Madonna says she'll be dedicating her halftime performance to her dad and added in her 25 year career, this will make him the most proud of anything she's done.

She also says that this Super Bowl half time show will be one amazing performance.

"I have to say, that over the 25 years of performing that I've done, I've never worked so hard or been so scrupulous or detailed oriented or freaked out as much as I have maintaining my sanity and trying to make the most amazing show for the Super Bowl," Madonna said.

Madonna did say that she doesn't watch much football, because she doesn't have time to watch any TV, but she say's this will be a great experience and she's glad to be here to witness the big game.

According to Indianapolis CVB Official Evan Strange, who is actually an Evansville native,a half million people have taken in the sites and sounds of the Super Bowl 46 festivities.

By the end of Super Bowl 46, he says  750,000 people will have visited Indianapolis.
