EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -
Our media partner, the Princeton Daily Clarion, reports Indiana's Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission has recommended Princeton attorney William Wallace III be suspended from practicing law.
Also, the Indiana Court of Appeals ruled a felony voyeurism charge should stand. It was one of several charges filed against Wallace in 2010.
Under a plea deal, Wallace was convicted of obstruction of justice and possession of child pornography.
Charges of false informing and patronizing a prostitute were dismissed.
At the time of his arrest, Wallace was running for Gibson County Prosecutor.
