Three men arrested on child molesting charges

WARRICK CO., IN (WFIE) -

Three men are arrested on child molestation charges. All of the charges stem from separate investigations by the Warrick County Sheriff's Office.

Eighteen-year-old Michael Marshall is charged with two counts of child molesting. Investigators say in December Marshall drove to a young girl's home to have sex with the teen. Deputies say the teen was girl was under the age of 14. Marshall, who is from Warrick County,  has been released on a $1,000 cash bond.

Seventy-two-year-old Clarence Davis was arrested Thursday morning after turning himself into deputies. Davis was wanted on a single count of child molesting. Investigators say Davis fondled a juvenile under the age of 14-year-old in his home. The investigation into the crime started in December. Davis has been released on a $500 cash bond.

Craig Sampson of Spencer County was arrested Thursday morning following a months-long investigation. Deputies say 55-year-old Sampson fondled a juvenile under the age of 14. Sampson has been released on a $500 cash bond.

The victims in the cases were interviewed at Holly's House Child and Adult Victim Advocacy Center in Evansville.

All three men are scheduled to be in court on February 10.
