The search continues Tuesday night for clues into several missing person cases.
The remains of Jeremy Goodwin were found last week in a wooded area just outside Madisonville. He had been missing for seven months.
On Tuesday, a search and rescue team that helped in the search is hoping to help bring closure for several other families as well.
That team is called the Jodi Powers Search and Rescue Team, named in honor of Jodi Powers. Powers went missing back in 2010 and was found dead about a month later.
It's a private team, that's helped solve several Tri-State cases.
This private search team has investigated numerous tips and leads in dozens of missing person cases.
They helped in the search for a missing Muhlenberg Co. man, whose body was found two weeks ago. They now have five active cases they're investigating.
One of them is Bo Hale, who's been missing for over a year now.
"I made a promise to him and to our Mom that I would find him and I will not stop until I do," said Bo's sister Lori.
On Tuesday, Lori went out with the Jodi Powers Search and Rescue Team, to search for any clues that might lead to her brother.
Sarah Teague knows what these families are going through. Her daughter, Heather, has been missing now for over 16 years. She also serves as extra eyes in the field, but is also there to lend emotional support.
Lori says that support is what helps her push on in search for her brother.
"Just knowing that you do have somebody who understands and who has been through it and is there to listen, is indescribable."
