O.J. Simpson's attorneys are trying to save his Florida house from foreclosure, even as the former NFL star serves time in jail.

Documents filed in Miami-dade Circuit Court reveal J.P. Morgan Chace is trying to foreclose on Simpson's home in Kendall, Florida.

The former NFL star is serving a prison term following his 2008 conviction in a kidnapping and sports memorabilia theft in Las Vegas.

His attorneys have filed a motion asking that the foreclosure be stopped.

It involves a four bedroom home valued at $478,000, about $100,000 less than Simpson paid for it, according to records.
