There is a 14 News update on an accident we told you about on Friday night that sent three people to the hospital.

It happened around 8 p.m. on Highway 41 and Ruffian Way in Vanderburgh County.

Indiana State Police say a vehicle driven by Mark Findley of West Virginia didn't yield the "right of way" to a vehicle driven by Barbara Peterson of Haubstadt, causing both cars to collide.

Findley was taken to St. Mary's. His daughter was air-lifted to St. Mary's. Peterson was taken to Deaconess Hospital.

All were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
