Sheriff detectives find $35,000 worth of crack in an Evansville home.
Tiffany and Jamar Boyd, and the couple's friend, Porchesann Jenkins, were all arrested.
Authorities were tipped off when the pair were spotted at several different stores trying to buy guns, and gave a false address.
According to the affidavit, detectives tracked the couple to this residence on Adams Avenue.
Vanderburgh County Prosecutor Nick Herman says the pair entered at least two stores where Jamar would select the gun, but Tiffany would attempt to register it in her name.
Members of the Joint Task Force say Jamar Boyd is a violent felon, and can't purchase a gun.
U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force got a warrant to search the Boyd home, located on Adams Avenue, a few days later.
During the search, sheriff detectives, members of the joint task force, ATF, and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force say they found 10 ounces of crack.
Detectives say that much crack has a street value of $28,600. They also say they also found eight ounces of marijuana and $3,900 cash.
All three were taken to jail on charges of conspiracy to deal cocaine.
