The Tri-State Athletic Club announced it will host a fundraising event called "Fit To Give" on Monday, October 24th to benefit the Tri-State Food Bank.   

Participants will collect pledges from friends and family for every minute they spend participating in Group Exercise classes on the 24th

The event is free and open to the public. 

Local businesses will also participate by making donations. All money raised will be donated to the food bank.
