VINCENNES, IN (WFIE) -

A Vincennes teacher's aide was taken into custody Thursday.

Vincennes police say they received a report Collene Georges, 35, had come to work at Tecumseh/Harrison Elementary School possibly intoxicated.

Upon arrival at the school, police say they conducted a portable breath test. Police say Georges blew a .17, over twice the legal limit.

Georges was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail.
