Memorial growing for LA special needs boy

In Louisiana, a memorial to a little boy murdered by his father is growing.

Dozens of people stopped by to remember Jori Lirette, a special needs boy. Police say he was decapitated and dismembered by his own father, 30-year old Jeremiah Wright.

The seven-year-old couldn't walk or talk. Neighbors say they saw Wright the night before.

There's also new information showing that Lirette's mother had let two restraining orders against Wright lapse. In 2004, when Lirette was just six-months-old, she said his father wanted him dead because the baby was suffering.

Wright has been assigned a defense attorney with experience in death penalty case.
