Chicken Marsala from Raffis

2 Chicken Breasts

Half a cup of chicken broth

Tsp of capers

Tsp of pimentos

½ cup of canned artichokes

Half a cup of fresh mushrooms

Half a cup of Marsala wine

Dust chicken breasts with flour and pan sauté in pan until brown.   Add chicken broth, capers, pimentos, artichokes, and mushrooms.  Stir in marsala wine.  Let it simmer until chicken is tender.  Stir in a teaspoon of flour to thicken sauce.

Serve with your favorite pasta.
