Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour
One large yellow squash
One large sliced yellow onion
One large sliced tomato
Garlic powder
Mrs. Dash original
Salt and pepper
- After all vegetables are sliced, put them in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with the seasoning and mix them all together.
- Place in a 9x13 inch pan sprayed with Pam, dot with butter on top
- Bake covered at 350 for one hour.
Servings: 8
Comments: Delicious!!! You can also sprinkle top with parmesan cheese if you like, I have tried both ways.
