Low-Carb Margarita

People watching their waistlines can still visit Margaritaville.

The Don Pablo's chain of Mexican restaurants is rolling out a low-carb version of the classic Tex-Mex cocktail. Don Pablo's spokesman Greg Graber says they're also introducing a low-carbohydrate fajita dish.

While Mexican food isn't high on the dieter's list, Graber says the low-carb offerings will eliminate one excuse.

The margarita lite has just one-point-five grams of carbs and 67 calories. That's about a third less in calories than Don Pablo's regular margarita.
