Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose was officially named the NBA's Most Valuable Player on Tuesday, becoming the youngest ever to win the honor.
Rose joins Michael Jordan as the only Bulls players to win the award after a spectacular season in which he led Chicago to the league's best record.
Rose got 113 first-place votes from a panel of media voters, easily outdistancing runner-up Dwight Howard.
