Grilled Potatoes Anna from Scott Schymik

Ingredients: serves 4

4 russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
dash of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and toss them with other ingredients. Layer on a well oiled grill on medium high heat turning once for 3-4 minutes each side. Serve.
