EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office needs some information from Christopher Dent.
The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office says Dent has failed to register as a sex offender.
Dent was arrested back in 2009 after a woman reported there was man in the room where she was tanning.
Vanderburgh County authorities say surveillance video from Let's Get Tan on East Virginia St. showed the man forcibly entering the locked room and watching the woman.
Friday morning, two more complaints were filed about a strange man at Premier Tan on Washington Avenue, and Larry Paul Tanning Salon on Pearl Drive.
The suspect, Christopher Dent, 34 of Evansville, started with tanning beds on the east side and moved west.
Salon workers say the suspect had a pattern, and officials say he grew bolder each time.
Salon workers say he would walk in wanting to use a bathroom or asking about tanning prices, but left when the clerk's questioned him.
Officials say on at least one occasion, Dent began reading a pornographic magazine in front of employees and another time walked in on someone as she was tanning.
A salon worker said she heard about the other incidents, so when a man came in her salon asking about prices, she called authorities.
Deputies were able to recognize Dent from the surveillance video and caught up with dent as he walking in a parking lot.
"His mind set is what troubles me, going in the middle of the day and doing this kind of stuff and to repeatedly go into these places where he's been picked out as to not go in anymore and he continues to go to another place," Wedding said.
Deputies arrested Dent. They say it's not the first time Dent has been in trouble for similar crimes.
Officials say Dent is on the Indiana Sexual Predator's list and is required to wear identification but does not.
Dent is 38-years-old. He's 6'01 and 190 pounds. Dent has three tattoos; one of a clover on his arm, a cross on his back and a tiger on his right arm.
