EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - Caleb and Alyssa Lynch's memory was on many people's minds Saturday.
The 5 and 8-year-old kids were killed in a house fire that police said was lit by their soon to be step-father.
Holly's House hosted their annual Spring Fun Fair as a way to raise awareness about child abuse, but they also used the event to honor the two young children.
April is child abuse awareness month.
Saturday's open house allowed members of the community to learn more about how to report child abuse, and just what Holly's House is all about.
"If something terrible does happen to these families, they have a place like Holly's House that they can come to that's very safe for them, very comfortable for them, where all their needs are met in one place," Jenny Wood with Holly's House said.
The open house featured games, clowns, Evan the Otter and free hair cuts.
