Taking A Stand: St. Jude Dream Home

By Vice-President/General Manager Debbie Bush

Time is running out for your chance to win a $300,000 house or $150,000 in cash.

Please consider buying a $100 ticket to win this home located in Havenwood Meadows in Vanderburgh County.

It was donated to St. Jude Hospital in Memphis by local builder Tim Scheu of Leosons Construction.

His daughter was once a patient at St. Jude.

The money will be used to treat children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases.

All you have to do to be eligible is buy a ticket for $100.

The 2,400 square foot ranch-style home has three bedrooms and 2.5 and baths, and is worth about $300,000, or, if you prefer, take the cash option of $150,000 before taxes.

The drawing will be on Sunday live on 14WFIE.

Just remember, only a couple of thousand tickets have been sold so far, so your odds are even greater.

Buy your ticket at 14wfie.com, at any Buehler's Buy Low, or just stop by the house.

It's open all week from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.
