    PHOENIX (AP) -- Authorities say a car fire has led to a brush fire northwest of Phoenix off of Interstate 17. The say at least 50 acres had burned as of Tuesday afternoon, but no structures are threatened.     A wildfire that started about 28 miles north of Lake Havasu City early Wednesday morning jumped the Colorado River and crossed into California. Firefighters from Fort Mohave, Golden Shores, Bullhead City and San Bernardino County are also on scene battling the blaze on both sides of the Colorado River.

    William Huff terrorized Sierra Vista during the spring and summer of 1967. Despite a sentence of 40 years to life, the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency voted to release him from prison into home arrest. Family members of the victims are concerned for the safety of the community, as are new members of the Clemency Board. CBS 5 Investigates videotaped Huff riding a bike through his Tucson neighborhood. There are no restrictions placed on his proximity to children.
