    The U.S. Department of Energy filed an appeal to continue with the termination of the MOX Facility. A judge in South Carolina issued a preliminary injunction to continue the daily operations back on June 7th.     Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen has confirmed that the body found this morning on Anderson Avenue and Chesnut Street has been identified through fingerprints as that of 50-year-old Juan Cook of the 3500 block of Barker Drive, Hephzibah.  Cook was pronounced dead on the scene at approximately 7:40 a.m. The body has been sent to the GBI lab for an autopsy.
