The investigation into the deaths of two people killed in a boat crash on Lake Barkley has left authorities with a question. State Police say they're unsure who was driving the boat.

State police say the crash happened Thursday morning when a boat owned by 37-year-old Robert Snow of Paducah hit an island in the mouth of Little River.

Killed in the wreck were his wife, 37-year-old Johnna Snow of Paducah and a man whose name has not been released.

Robert Snow was treated for injuries at a Trigg County hospital and released.

Also injured in the wreck were 24-year-old Heather Reams of Paducah and 31-year-old Cobey Slankard of West Paducah.

Reams was airlifted to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville and Slankard was admitted to a hospital in Paducah.
