Camm Lawyers Using 'Foot Fetish' Defense

A bizarre twist in the case of former state trooper David Camm who faces a retrial in the deaths of his wife and two children.

Camm's attorneys say they have evidence that someone with a foot fetish was at the murder scene. Their motion says co-defendant Charles Boney has a criminal history involving an obsession with women's feet and shoes.

The motion argues the placement of Kimberly Camm's shoes at the murder scene, injuries to her feet and other aspects of Boney's foot fetish should be admissible in the upcoming trials.

Camm's trial is set for January 9th in Warrick County.
