EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - There are eight division two baseball teams still playing.

Those eight teams will play in the National Championship Tournament starting this weekend in North Carolina.

USI won their regional.

USI won their chance to play for that title, but will USI lose two pitchers, including their ace for the start of the tournament?

In Sunday's championship game, the umpire warned both teams after a pitch whistled behind USI's Wandy Rosario.

Then, in the eighth inning, Dan Marcacci pitch hit a batter, and because of the warning Marcacci and Head Coach Tracy Archuleta are automatically ejected.

An inning later, USI's ace Trevor Leach also hit a batter, and he too was ejected.

There's an NCAA rule that says any player tossed out of a game must sit out the next four games and the coach must sit out one.

USI sent video of the game to the NCAA and is waiting to hear if those players will be eligible for the tournament.
